Jeunes Agape has had ontstanding achievements in the Trinidad and Tobago National Music Festival competition since first entering in 1995. Some awards include:
Best Gospel Choir (2004)
Best Folk Choir (1995,1997,1999,2002)
Most Outstanding Folk Choir (1997,1999,2002)
Best Calypso Chorale (1999,2002,2004)

The choir also ventured into the Prime Minister’s Best Village Trophy Competition in 2003 as an independent group in the Folk Theatre category which involves the staging of productions including dance, drama and song. In the past Jeunes Agape became involved in Best Village as a part of Friends Creative Theatre and Chatham/Cedros Combined Villages. Awards such as Best Vocalist, Best Musician and Best Music were won during these years.) IIn 2003, Jeunes Agape placed a proud 3rd and won Best Musical Arrangement and Best Female Dancer.

Jeunes Agape has, thus far, produced one (live) CD recording entitled ‘Musical Turbulence’ (2000).
The choir has also contributed four songs to Kenny Phillips’ ‘Trinbago Christmas Lime’ Christmas CD (2002).
A new CD will be launched in 2005.

IIn 1995, the choir director, Lois Lewis, won the National Song Festival which is a songwriter’s competition. 5 choir members accompanied her to Cuba for the staging of the Caribbean leg of the competition.

IIn 1996, 6 members were chosen by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs to represent Trinidad and Tobago at the Aruba World Youth Festival in which they were required to perform original compositions (written by Lois Lewis).
